Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer).

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods—whichever is earlier.

Return

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Please return the item unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition, preferably in the original packaging.
We recommend using an insured shipping method with tracking to avoid loss or damage during return transit.

Exceptions

As we sell exclusively original vintage items, minor age-related signs of wear are not grounds for a complaint.
Items that have been personalised or altered according to your specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
