Shipping policy

We ship all orders as parcels. Shipping usually takes place within 2–4 business days after receipt of payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the shipping location.

The stated delivery times are estimated. In exceptional cases, such as force majeure, delays by the shipping service provider, or customs clearance, delivery times may be longer.

Notes for international orders
For deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, UK, Norway), additional fees may apply, such as customs duties, import VAT, or handling charges from the shipping service provider. These costs are not charged by us and must be paid by the recipient. Please check your country’s import and tax regulations before placing your order.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return items within 14 days of receipt in accordance with our cancellation policy.

• Please contact us in advance by email (to twobrothersvintage@gmail.com) stating your order number.
• We will provide you with the return address and all further instructions for processing.
• Please return the item unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition, preferably in the original packaging.
• The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• We recommend insured shipping with tracking.

Note on vintage items
Our products are original vintage pieces. Light signs of wear, color changes, or small material irregularities are characteristic and do not constitute a defect in the legal sense.
